As we discussed earlier that the cat was only 3-weeks-old and her physical condition wasn’t as great as it should have been. The cat was starving before he was brought to the shelter and he appeared to be weak. The cat was too young and he had also suffered from the trauma that was the fallout of him being abandoned.
