There was another thing that really bugged Kathy upon finding out about the dog. It was the fact that the area in which she found the dog was a popular dumping ground for abandoned pets in Tennessee. It was where people left their pets that they either cannot take care of or do not want to take care of. It led Kathy to believe that this Rottie was one of these abandoned dogs.
