When Jacquie’s mother, Suzanne Mouland-Chmilar received the mail and read it, at first she thought it was a kind of a joke. She could not believe that anything of this sort could happen in today’s fast paced and introverted world. Then she saw the picture of the letter that was attached in the mail and screamed in surprise when she saw her daughter’s handwriting.
