The blanket came from the Navajo origin. Kit Carson had given this blanket to one of his kins. In case you are not aware, Carson was once a prominent frontiersman who died in 1868. Just a glance on the blanket made Don Ellis realize its importance. The blanket was of Navajo First Phase that happens to be a rare artifact coming in this day and age. But what made his heartbeat stop was the value that this old blanket possessed.
