In 2006, the existence of CIA black sites was confirmed. These were secret sites which are not secret anymore. These locations work as secret prisons. Allegedly, CIA uses enhanced interrogation tactics or torture on the prisoners here. So far, the public has not been informed about the exact location of these sites.
