Devil’s Tower, U.S. National Monument, Wyoming
Devil’s tower is not like any other tower. It emerged out of the rolling prairie flanking the Black Hills. It came into existence in 1906 and happens to be the first national monument of the country. It is a sacred site for many tribes including Lakota.
